Do you believe in this?

I was just thinking about this and some one once told me that you should never worry about something 'till it happens or when you have to. Do you believe that?

yes I believe in it! worrying about things takes a toll on your health when its not needed. my motto is when somebody brings something up

'We will cross that bridge when we get there...'

Sometimes its hard to control - especially if your a worrier like me. I could believe that quote all I want but its not going to change how I worry about things.

I believe that you should always be prepared which in a way might be costrued as worrying, but not to the extent that it runs your life, or I guess turns you into a worry wart. Have a nice day.

Worry it will take you to the level stress, but if believe and ask it will come to you.
