Do girls like funny guys?

well the title gives it all away, but people tell me I am extreamley funny, but not that many girls flirt with the funny/nice guy. is it true that girls like a$$ holes

ok, I personally, as a girl, LOVE funny guys. I just have a soft spot 4 them in my heart. most girls do, in my opinion
I like nice guys also, they just seem so much more approachable. there's this really nice guy in my class who is also funny and I kind have a crush on him, I mean, we're friends, so maybe it's the same 4 u. =)

No... you see, heres what happens. The a$$ hole... isn't like that at first. He puts on a fake personality to get the girl and gives the girl something worth tripping over. So... they get together and eventually fall in love. Soon, he becomes a whole other person and the girl doesn't want to leave him because she loves him.

well usualy the preppy girls like the hot romantic foot ball players and they take the funny guys as someone 2 laugh at but sum girls like the funny guys but you have 2 be good looking. in my oppinion I like funny, cute, athletic, smart guys that have a good future ahead of them and someone I can take home 2 dad

Funny? Sure a sense of humour doesn't hurt anyone. But being a complete a$$ and not taking anything serious does. Me..I like a guy who can joke around but can be more serious though.
