Do brand names really matter to girls

I'm happy with myself. I know I'm smart, funny, energetic, and apparently "cute." I shop at like outlets and little stores in philly where I can buy a good outfit for like $15-$30. I know what looks good on me and I wear it. I would much rather spend...

$10 on some shirts that look good on me rather then a $40 one. The thing I sometimes worry about is, do girls care a lot about brand names?? Are the brands really worth an extra $40 for a shirt and $150 fot the shoes??

If your happy w/ your clothes then whatever chick ends up w/ you should like it too. I know corny but true.
Personally it think if a guy is cute and has a good personality then the clothes is the least of my worries.but yes I must admit its nice to see guys dressed up ounce in a while.

Ok I have to say something... I am totally with you on that! you could buy something from Target and then slap like Gucci on it and EVERYONE would buy it! So I guess it depends on the girl!

Girls care about brand names... ON THEM!!! So, your in the clear! And how are they going to know if they are stupid enough to care? Are they going to check your tags? Stalk you? As long as your happy with what your wearing and they still make you what you call "cute", then what's wrong with that?

Someone up above has never heard of any shoes costing $150? Some of the top designers in the biz are getting upwards of a thousand dollars - and more for a single pair of shoes. Personally, I wouldn't spend even $150 on a pair, but some people must do it or they wouldn't be selling them at those prices. Shoes in the range of $400-$700 are quite common actually. Just my .02 cents

I could care less about a brand name. If I go to Goodwill and find a shirt that I like, then I am going to buy it. I dont care if it says Vera Wang or Made In A Dumpster. If I like it, then I like it. You'll be okay w/o the name brand clothes.

personally I dont even notice brand names.
if I like the guy how much his cloths cost is the last thing on my mind.
