nope. I worked at a hair salon and im studying cosmotology and in my opinion the best hairsprays have absolutely no water in it. look at the ingredients; why would you want to add water to your hair right after its pefectly styled? water will only weigh it down. im currently using 'big sexy hair' hairspray I bought at ulta for $16 sounds expensive but its a HUGE can and comes with a free travel size one too. I LOVE the stuff.
