Ditch her or not?

Asked by fau 6 months ago, 12 answers.

I got tickets to a concert for a band that I love. They are like 10th row! So this one REALLY rich girl I know invited me to a meet-and-greet for the band. I really want to go since this will be a once in a lifetime chance. But the only problem is that I...

invited my best friend to come to the concert and she wouldn't be able to go to the meet-and-greet. Should I ditch my best friend or miss meeting the band?

ps: the band is the Jonas Brothers

ask your freind how she feels about it
and dont dit ch her if she says no
but, are you just hanging out with the other girl because shes rich and can buy your freindship...if so, it shouldnt work like that

You dont ditch her. just quickly go to the meet-and-greet and then go back to see her. if she was a good friend she would understand. and if shes really sad just get her a little somthin somthin at the concert like a tee shirt or something =D

The meet and greet is an outdoor sleepover and the girl wouldn't be able to go because because she isn't allowed to sleepover anywhere. and the concert doesn't start until 12 hours later.

Why don't you ask her if its okay, I don't think she will mind since she isn't allowed to sleepover anyway.

If this is a close friend and you don't want to jeopardize your friendship, then talk to her and explain the situation and how much you want to do the meet and greet, and ask her what she wants you to do. She'll probably tell you to do it, but if not, then you are no worse off right now - deciding which is more important to you.

explain things to the "rich girl" and tell her you already invited your best friend along and that breaking that wouldn't be fair. if she was me, she would be really impressed by your ability to keep a committment.
