How to i turn on a disabled computer?

I have a older version computer that when iturn it on it say it disable how do ii enable it

I know that some of the older computers had actual locks on them (ahh, I remember them when I was in middle school). Anyway, a lot depends on what operating system you're using or even the brand/type of computer you have. There are plenty of advisors with lots of experience--I know we have at least one advisor who's certified in this type of work. (rnealw) I think. Anyway, best of luck! -S
