When you get your dimples pierced,
What are the rules on eating afterward?

Does it hurt to smile after?

The piercing will need external and internal care in order for it heal properly. The best way to clean it is - sea saly soaks with hot/warm water. To clean the outside you can use a spray bottle and spray the are with the soak, for the inside you can gargle the water and hold in in the are with the piercing to make sure it get's there.

It takes about 8-12 weeks for the piercing to heal.

Eating should not be a problem, as long as your clean them everytime you eat something.
