okay try to do things mentally.
when you go to the cupboard to eat something ask yourself "am I hungry? or do I just want to put something in my mouth?"
if you answer the 2nd question, try to get involved in doing yoga and fitness. because the 2nd answer means you are BORED!
also, tie a ribbon around your waist...
and then suck in and look at the length of the string.
when you want to turn on the tv or eat a lot of fattening things think of the RIBBON.
if you are more extreme about it, consider a guidence counsellor.



Can you give me diet ideas?
I REALLY want 2 lose weight.
But I try cutting out loadings of junk ,sweets,fizzy juices,
Such as that,
But the thing is tat I want 2 lose loads so fast
ANY DIETS IDEAS???
