OMG, WHO TOLD you THAT? THE ONLY WAY IT HELPS IN ANY WAY IS THAT IT'S LESS CALORIES THAN REGULAR SODA. YOU SHOULD CUT OUT SODA AND JUICES ALL TOGETHER. jUST DRINK WATER CONSTANTLY. WITH FOOD and BETWEEN and YOU'LL ALWAYS FILL FULL and PEE A LOT! LOL

It actually increases hunger because of all the chemical addictives they put into them now. Anything with monosodium glutemate or any type of syrup like corn syrup will increase your appetite.
