I refuse to tell you, because diet pills will do nothing for you.. what you need to do is get your A$$ in the gym. and hook up some water, and stop depending on other things to help you loose weight, and do it urself.. and eat healthier.

I can't really tell you that because a pill that might have worked for me may not work for you so it's hard to tell, the best thing to do to lose weight is to exercise and believe me I know it is easier said than done, also I tried this lemonade juice thing, basically every morning you take a cup of water and squeeze some lemonade in it (not too much b/c you dont want it to be too acidic) and you drink it you only need one cup in the morning, I lost weight off of that also my mother's friend lost about 30lbs drinking this...

Dear balletpoints,

It is important to know the dangers of diet pills and diet pill side effects. One of the dangers of diet pills that inhibit the absorption of fats are gastrointestinal side effects, such as, oily spotting, flatus with discharge, fecal urgency, fatty/oily stool, oily evacuation, increased defecation, and fecal incontinence. Other gastrointestinal diet pill side effects may include: abdominal pain, nausea, infectious diarrhoea, and rectal pain.
Other dangers of diet pills and diet pill side effects are: pulmonary hypertension, regurgitant cardiac valvular disease, palpitation, elevated blood pressure, over stimulation, restlessness, dizziness, insomnia, headaches, dryness of the mouth, diarrhea, constipation, urticaria, impotence, etc…
I'm not sure why people take laxatives for weight loss??? Laxatives do not cause calories to be lost. Laxatives do not stimulate the small intestines where food is digested and absorbed. So by the time food reaches the colon, the calories have already been absorbed."
Sue...good luck
