Diet help !

Okay, so ibeen on a diet called herbalife for a couple months and I've already lost 23 pounds. Now, my mom is refusing to buy me anymore of that diet because she thinks its bad that ikeep on taking it. Basically the diet is consuming the herbalife diet [...

a tea and shake ] for breakfast and for dinner and you eat a good meal at lunchtime. My mom doesnt think ishould keep taking it because its not "healthy" or "normal" and also because its expensive. So now my mom told me shes gunna keep me off the diet for a few months and then put me back on, so iwanna know what kind of food ishould eat to lose weight or maintain it and what type of exercise routine ishould do, mainly to lose belly fat and stuffs.

well if you dont mind me asking, how tall are you and how much do you weigh? you could reply to me in a funmail if you want...because I mean it all varies by your size and muscle mass and stuff

sounds something like my friend...well...u could just eat a healthy bowl of cereal for breakfast..maybe with some fruit...then for lunch maybe a GRILLED chicken salad or something of those lines...and dinner..if you like fish..thats good..also no crispy or fried chicken..always go for grilled...some exercise stuff...probably fast walking...some ab exercises...something along those lines...hope that helps...[u don't NEED a specific diet to lose wait or anything..its all in your head...]

"How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?"

One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.

I would recomend trying slimfast, I lost a lot of weight on slimfast and its not bad for you. it is simply converting important food groups into liquid. I had a shake in the moring, a slimfast snack bar mid morning, then I had a low fat meal for lunch, then another snack, a slimfast recipe dinner and then another snack bar in the evening. I sometimes went swimming about 3 times a week as well! it really worked
