Did you know that you can rate answers that people give to questions, even if you aren't the person asking the question? I've been a member a while now, since April...and I just figured that out, so watch your ratings go up.
Another thing that isn't...

clear to me is Do we have an over-all rating and, if so, where is it?

I've known it for quite a while!
but I only use it if I read people are giving horrible or stupid advice, thats not helpful in any way
but no, we dont have an all over rating for people
