You dont get genital warts from giving a hand job. You generally get this when a guy has warts on his pen*s and he put his pen*s in your vagina.

He could have passed on warts to your vagina if he fingered you and he had warts on his fingers/hands though.

You will not get warts on your boobs either.

I really dont think that you have anything to worry about and please dont let this experience put you off of guys.
