That is an Unanswerable question... A question to be pondered for the rest of eternity.. It's basicaly the same as asking which came first the Chicken or the egg? When in real life you need a chicken to make an egg but and egg to make a chicken. Therefore you would need two chickens to make an egg and two eggs also to make a new chicken... or of corse yo could have "chicken Incest" I just thought of that dont make fun of me. Any ways you would need to of both to continue on with the cycle.

It's impossible to tell, seeing as the Bible isn't very clear on the specifics. It also says that the earth is something like 6 thousand years old, which is pretty laughable, considering all of that, you know, DINOSAUR stuff. "65 million years, 6 thousand, same difference." Just face it, it was made by people who were downright guessing on all of that God stuff.

Any one with half a brain would know that the world is millions of years old.

There is great truth in the Bible and even in the history of the earth and evolution.

What you think God is not capable of doing both?

If you don't then that only means that the capability of your imagination is too puny to comprehend the awesome power and the truth about God.

Spit & clay? You'd think GOD wouldn't need anything to make Adam or Eve...since he apparently made everything from nothing...he could've just said...Let there be Adam & Eve, and *POOF* they're they'd be...it'd be up to GOD if they had belly buttons or not...so who knows.

Ugh, everyone is on here debating the origins of the Word of God.
ANNOYING.
No they didn't.
bellybutton = born of a womb.
God = not a liar.

I dont beleive they were the first humans on earth! no way! as if!
If they were, they wud have to mate with their own children! gross! and wasnt that against the 10 commandments?? well... even if it wasnt im sure 'god' would have disagreed with the parents making babies with their children!!
