How do I remove diazepam from my system?

What is the safest way to remove diazepam( valium) from your system. I have a urine test coming up next week and need to know how to flush my system properly

About the Diazepam...I've heard that it stays in your system for 3 days but don't take that to the bank. I used to be on Methadone and that's what all the addicts had to say. Take that for what it's worth. I guess a bunch of addicts should know, but then again, my memory isn't all that great either.
I've also heard that vinagar or pickle juice will kill a drug.
