Switch from regular soda to diet, chose fruit instead of fries, then start parking farther away from the store so you walk farther, then go from diet to water. Etc. Just be sure to not make all the changes at once, because chances are you will burn out. By changing slowly you will change your lifestyle. That will be long lasting results! You are smart to go slow.
