How can I get my mom to buy me a bra?

Hi everyone I really need some advice into getting my mom to buy me a bra. I just dont know what to say or ask her, or even how to do it! All my friends have a bra eccept for me, and I feel so left out. And plus whenever we're at gym and we're running or...

jumping my boobs start shaking and start to hurt. I know it sounds incredibly funny but it really is a lot of PAIN!!! Please help me

If you're embarrased to ask your mom, there is no reason to be. She understands, because she had to ask her mom to help her too, when she got her first bra. All you have to do, is to go up to your mom and be honest with her and tell her that you feel like it's time for you to get your first bra and when your running and jumping in Gym, that they are starting to hurt. I'm sure she will be very happy to help you pick out a bra.

aw just talk to your mom and tell her you think you need a bra. or if youre embarassed to talk to her about it, go to the mall or something with a friend and buy one.

Just talk to her. No matter how embarrassed you are, you need to talk to her. Going for a long time without a bra can cause back issues (or so I've heard, I wouldn't know).

If your mom isn't the kind you can talk to, I would sejest sucking it up (I know its hard) and ask her if she can take you to get some underclothes it might be less aqward and you can say that she can just drop you off at the store and give you the money.

Even though you're nervous and you probably don't want to do it, you could just calmy walk up to her and simply ask her. She doesn't really have a reason to say no, especially if you name off the reasons for wanting one like having them hurt without one on. She'll understand since she's your mother and she went through the same exact thing.

I've never been a confident person. And I really need one I would ask her to go shopping and them walk past the bar section hoping she would say something, BUT she lives with her boyfriend and he would probably come.

I have the same problem my friend .Yuo clould write anote or you could pray for courage to tel her.See I only have a training bra and I need more suport because I need a cup bra think so what I did is (I am home alone after school) right before my mom left I tolf her that my friend sed I needed a bra.I waited a while I had a lot of paitence. Then soon enough we went shopping with my grandma and my mom asked me if I wanted to look art bras and I sed sure. See you have to have courage and paitence.

ok I know that you are in need of a real bra, I got my first cuped bra at age 11. I told my mom that you could see throught my sports bra and my shirt, then my mom took me to get a real bra. you mom does not want you to feel in pain or left out.

I have the same problem I scared to ask but at the same time I try to buid up currage to ask her I see them all the time at stores and every were else but I fell imbrasseed to ask and some anwsers say ask a sillding or friend what if you dont have friend or slibings then what do you do and what if your to inbrassed to ask your gmama huh so you know what I say to those anwsers ah blahhh so I hoped I helped
