don't do any thing yup you heard me don't do any thing just live life I suffer from depression and I have learned too cope with it by doing just that it works :D lol but Hey if you need help with any thing else or have any questions or just want 2 talk 2 some 1 about any thing just message me I love 2 help people out
There can be a lot of things you can do to help bring yourself out of your depression.
The first thing you need to do is try and confide in a friend and you both could go get some medical help and counselling together. I think you need to talk to someone professional if you have problems, so they can help you through it, but a friend can comfort you and help you through the rough times.
Also, find what you like and love in life again. Try starting new activites or start old hobbies again. You'll find yourself something to enjoy.
I hope this helps you through.
Simply a Rose to brighten your day,
And maybe lessen the cares in your way;
And also, too, to help you to know,
That in knowing you, many others grow!
Welcome to Fun Advice!
The best thing you can do is to talk to a counselor or therapist. Barring that, find someone you can communicate your emotions and thoughts with, sort of like a sounding board. Keeping your thoughts to yourself doesn't help. If you can't find someone around you then consider Fun Mailing someone on Fun Advice.
