Yes you could. Just because you have your period does not mean anything. I have a friend that had her period the first 4 months of her pregnancy.

there is like the smallest chance ever ,,I doubt you would be but take a pregnancy test just in case if you are worried

It's not your period, but you can bleed some when the fertilized egg moves into the uterus.
