Could i be pregnant by these symptoms?

- VERY sore & heavy breasts
- Darking of the nipple
- Missed period
- MAJOR mood swings
- Increase in vaginal discarge
- Breasts have grown & now have stratch marks
- Headaches
- Very tired all the time
- Always hungry
- Light headed at random times
-...

Feel like I always have a fever
- Sensitivity to certain smells

When I bend down to pick something up, even the lightest thing my lower back gets the worst pain.

Some days if I push on my stomach I can feel something that feels like a little ball. Im not sure what this is but I think it could be a baby?

Help me please.

underwaterophelia is right - all we can really tell you is that you might be pregnant, or are most likely pregnant. But the only way you are going to know if you are for sure is to take a pregnancy test. Given your other questions, I think you _really_ need to take the test.
