I took my last active pill o saturday and I had sex on sunday at 4am before I took my sugar pill could I be pregnant?

Very, very low chance. But I'm sure its possible.
Even though you are on the pill you still NEED to be using condoms, you could have an STD. The pill doesn't protect you from sexual diseases at all.

If you were going to move on to your sugar pills then probably not.. .(sugar pills dont actually do anything) but the pill is not 100% effective, so anything is possible...
like stephanie said... use condoms in case of STDs
