Could he be shy too?

I know it's still very early in our relationship (a week) and in knowing each other (a month) but we hardly talk to each other. He says it's my fault but I think it's both of us. He calls me everyday and why toen we went out the other day we were waiting...

for each other to say something. I'm the type of person that's shy at first but then once I get to know the other person a little bit then I'm totally different. He does not seem at all shy and I mean at all but I don't know could he be? How can I make things start moving faster and us getting to know each other?

I personally dont think he's shy, I once knew this fella who went out with my freind and every time they would go, he did not say a word until she spoke first. but in school hes loud and stuff. so why dont you try making to first move (which I think is not right becasue usally its the guy w/e lol you get the point?) ask him what he plans on doing in h.s/college etc. dont ask very personal questions, not yet that is =D. when you feel trust coming ask more intament questions. Communication is how people get to know one another, and if you cant do that then the relationship isnt going to go too far. Maybe you two just arent compatible.
