Is it ok to be coughing up red meucus?
It just started today, and its only happened about 2 or 3 times, but I'm not so sure there should be blood in there. But also, a while ago when I had a really bad cold, when I blew my nose the snot was red-ish....

Is this ok?
Am I like, dieing internally?

When you blow your nose too much when you have a cold, it's common sometimes to have some blood in your snot because you're blowing your nose too hard and it can affect the soft tissues in your nose. Just try not to blow so hard.

As for your coughing, do you have phlegm as well (due to the cold)? In small amounts, blood in your phlegm is nothing to worry about, it's normal. If it's a large amount or going on for a few days, then you should see a doctor about it.

A lot of times its due to your sinuses getting dry. The best remedy is to use a nasal spray, three or four drops in each nostril. I suffer from this a lot when I get colds.
