Coughing & honey

is water with honey mixed good 4 coughing?? because, I have a really bad cold right now and I cant stop coughing... my mother sais to drink water with honey mixed but im not sure if it works...~~^^ thank u!!~~^~^

Honey is good, as it will coat your throat. But helping coughs go away? I don't think so

if your throat is sore use CEPACOL!! I swear by it. Its not as nice tasting as honey but it works like magic
