Its spring time and once again im lumbered with this cough. Im just wondering if anyone knows what its all about. Since I was about 8 - im now 16, I've always had breathing problems, they only really occur in the spring up untill about september, im okay in winter, apart from sometimes really cold weather I get out of breath easily. Im a fairly active person, well im not brilliant at running long distances, but, say I can walk a few hours without getting getting out of breath.
I've been to my doctors a couple of times before, they just say the same thing - come back if it hasnt gone away in a couple of weeks. Anyone have any ideas on what I should do?

It sounds like allergies... try an antihistamine see if it does any good (also see another dr, obviously you're seeing some pretty stupid drs...)

maybe it's asthama... again, see a dr...

it does sound like allergies, and you might have minor sports asthma. just walk and run at a rate that you don't get tired fast.
take deep breaths, in through your nose out through your mouth.
I dance, and at the end of the dance, I'm like gasping for air, it's because I don't concentrate on breathing correctly.
that might be the case!
