I go to a place called Maternal Family Health Services and they usually defray the costs according to your income and financial status. (so it could potentially be free)
There are a lot of centers that provide pregnancy tests for free. But for a blood test, they can be a little costly. ( and again, a lot of centers will defray costs according to your financial status.)
Before you make an appointment somewhere, do a little research and call around and ask.
