There are too many variables that would change the cost...where in Georgia? The location will change the price of the land. If it's isolated, you may have to pay contractors more to come out and work. What building materials are you using? What is your deadline--this will change how long you need to pay workers. Will you take the cheaper routes in terms of materials? How is the supply of contractors versus the demand in the area...etc...etc..etc.
