Copslay help!

I've been making a costume for a convention in January and I'm about to start a new one since I'm almost done with this one and it's always fun to do multiple costumes! ^_^

Anyways, I'm going to cosplay as Shalua Rui from FF and I have no clue how to...

make her arm and her guns. I posted a picture of the arm here and I don't need specific details for the gun, so that's why it's not shown. I was wondering what material to use for it. I wasn't sure if I should use Wonderflex, fosshapes, fiberlgass, or something else.

I've never made anything like this and have been having a helluva time finding anything help and specific online. I need a way to get it on and off my arm without breaking it because I am doing three different cosplays (one each day).

Also, her left eye is always down due to her damaging it. What could I use to hold my eye down? (I suck at winking for a long period of time) I was thinking tape, but I couldn't think of anything that wouldn't show up too drastic.

For the eye, if you're not too scared to do it, try eyelash glue. As for the arm and gun I got no clue.
