Any tricks to get contacts in and out?

I wear contacts and I have a lot of trouble putting them in. even tho I've had them for over a year, I just cant get used to it. now I have to wake up an hour before school so I can get them in. no any trix for getting them in & out? thnx

I have been wearing contacts since 4th grade and the best trick I now 4 getting them in and out is look up and put it in relly quick and so it dont come out close your eye and roll you eye around 4 a sec with your eye closed and I dont know any trix 4 taking the out hope this helpss

have somebody help you. I wear them to and it is hard. dont rush it. just relax and...yeah...not as easy. but it may work. I always cry afyer I put them in...it burns.
