Where do i put the time machine in urbz?

I have the time machine...where am I supposed to put it so I can use it?? I've tried every posible 'Highest Point' but I just dont knwo where. And also, people are saying something about collecting 10 nuclear fuel rods... how does anyone know that when...

on the mission it doesnt say to it only says
1. Find the correct date
2. Use the tmie machine from the highest point

Go find Sue Pirnova she will help you build the Time Machine, but you will need to do a couple of things for her.

Firstly you will need to find 10 Nuclear Fuel Rods(they are the green sticks that you find laying around the bayou, then bring them to her.

Next you will need to find a Contractor, who is Ewen, he will need 10G's so handem over.

Next you will need to get the Date of which you will travel back to, so now go find Guiseppi and he will tell you the date.

Now go to the Bike shop pick up the Time machine, take it to the **top of King Tower** and drop it in the center, get on it, enter the correct date welcome to the Past!

Yeahh but.. i didnt do any of that stuff for Sue or Ewan maybe when i was talking to them i may have asked but i wasnt paying attention? Well i didnt give sue any fuel rods...i just walked into the Garage and she told me it was finished and i didnt even know what she was talking about.
And if you mean the roof of king tower..ive tried to use it there but it wont work... and how can i put the time machine in the center when there is already something there
