It's possible. Not all miscarriages evacuate all the placental material from the uterus, and some can remain behind, attached to the wall of the uterus. This can cause all sorts of unexpected problems, including pregnancy symptoms, vaginal discharge or bleeding, cramping, pain, etc. The solution is to make an appointment with a gynecologist for evaluation for a possible simple surgical procedure called Dilatation and Curettage (D&C), where the lining of the uterus is cleaned of all remaining POC's (Products of Conception). It's not a difficult procedure. You can have a D&C at 1 PM and go home by 5.

you need to see your doc, who will refer you to the hospital to see if there is any debris in your uterus...as daved said, you may need a D&C which will, in effect, clean the uterus out. I've had one, and you get sedated and it's relativly harmless...but any debris left in is not good for you.

have you had your miscarriage confirmed? if so, they should have done the ultrasound already.

and hormones don't leave your body straight away, so you may still feel 'different' but it won't last long, most important thing is to get to your doc's ASAP

good luck happy
