How can I fix this lock on my computer?

my parents are computer nerds so they know all the special blocks and ban lists I've learned how to unblock a few but this last one is really stuppin me everytime I try to get on it says
'problem loading page
connection was reset
connection to the server was reset while loading the site could be unavailable or too busy. try again in a few moments.
if you are unable to load any pages check your computers network connection.
if your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to acess the web.
try again 'button'how do I get rid of this problem loadin page crap?
and dont any of you dare to think about given me a proxy because every single Fin one of those is blocked with the same crap as my favorite website!
so please if your going to give me advice make sure it aint a proxy...

Your parents are blocking those websites for a good reason. Give them my kudos.

Well, you could certainly just ask them to unblock a list of sites that you have that you would like to go on.
