Try to find one that fits your height - not all chairs are made equally. Also, make sure to measure the height of your knee & find one that keeps your feet planted on the ground & allows you to have your thighs perpendicular to the ground.
Last, make sure that you get one with lumbar support & arm rests...and, get up out of the chair to at least stretch or walk around every 30 minutes or hour, at least.
Hope this helps.

Computer chair for aching back?
Send me Fun Mail
I need a computer chair for my aching back - it hurts, I'm in the chair ~12-16 hours a day, and I need to work. Since I work in an internet company, I have to sit in something - and it needs to be better, more comfortable than the cheap seat I have now.
What would you recommend for a computer chair that will help me with my aching back problems? Thanks.
