College graduates

Why do college graduates have such a hard time finding jobs? If they don't have the "experience", how are they going to be experienced without a chance?

Usually, college grads have learned the loop around the system, that involves Co-ops and internships, but a better thing involves grad school, because employers don't give a hoot about undergraduate degrees anymore, the market is too competitive and they want to have the best for their money, so grad school people benefit leaving the undergraduates with empty hands.....

But I sympathize with you completely, its not only jobs that require specialty, I remember they wouldn't give me a job at Target as a Security officer because I didn't have atleast 2 years of experience, I mean its TARGET for crying out loud, how many people are going to risk getting caught with the security guy standing right next to the door........well that was my junior year of high school, but still, they didn't need any special certification for that, you just needed to be able to stop the person theiving, and the way I looked at it, I was a football, track and soccer player, I would have caught up with many a peeps....

anyways I digress.......yes I understand your point completely, but in all seriousness, our generational population is making us suffer even more because we are creating too much competition amongst ourselves....
