You can make fake coke. You take some sugar and then add that stuff like I believe Orajel or similar except the liquid of it. When you do that it will work the same. But I wouldn't take to much because it could still kill you. I have never done drugs but one of my friends who has told me this would work. He said that when you do this the addict will think it is the real thing because it numbs their mouth. I do agree with the above person that you really shouldn't do drugs or similar but this is the way to do it.
