No, silly!!! Chocolate milk is just milk (from normal cows) mixed with any kind of chocolate syrup, flavoring or powder!

All cows have the same colour milk, most cows that are milked are brown or black, so no they dont make it appear brown, or make it taste like chocolate, how stupid!!!
