Chocolate rain?

This might sound stupid, but what is the meaning of the song "chocolate rain" by Tay Zonday?
I've tried and tried to find out, out I cant.

tay zonday??? all ik is the chocolate rain by tre cool!

Tay Zonday's song in my opinion is about racism. And how people try to deny its existence in modern America.
Some of the lyrics seem out of place but here are the first 4 stanzas:

I don't know if Tay has ever said exactly what it means. In fact during a meeting at You Tube's headquarters he stated that he wants ";;; to leave Chocolate Rain as a question ... (and) ... that is more powerful than a single meaning ..."
So feel free to bring your own interpretation to the table.
