Changing my tragus piercing

I have had my tragus pierced for about 6 months now...but I have a tiny keloid next to the ring. My question is...
Should I wait until my keloid is gone to change the jewelry?

keloid as a rule don't go away. It is a type of scar and scars usually don't go away. Go ahead and change it now if you want to.
