If you have unlimited texting you can text them to your e-mail address and then view them when you check your e-mail and save them to your pictures.

It depends what phone you have. Sometimes the phone comes with software and a USB cable that you can connect to your computer.
Or if your phone comes with a memory card you can sometimes slot it into your card or get an adaptor for the memory card.
If you have a computer/laptop with bluetooth functions then you can bluetooth it from your cell to you computer.
