Positive things about cell phone useage, unlimited minutes, portability, good for emergencies, good for chatting.
negative things, expensive, some have poor signal, poor service on some, dependible when you really need to use it, and, having to drive and be distracted.
Those could be some things about cell phone useage.

Well, there are rumors that it causes brain damage or cancer because of the radiation that comes through the phone and into your brain. But, I do not believe that it has been proven. Prolonged texting or tallking can make you have a headache from looking at the bright colors on the small screen. But I think anything negative stops there, cell phones don't really have any positive effects like "Glowing Skin" or " Lose 10 lbs." but they are a great way to keep in touch and to use in an emergency "Robbery, fire, Assault".
Hope I helped,
Sage

on the upside, you can talk to whoever you want whenever you want, wherever you want. contrariwise, on the downside, it costs money.
