I dont think they do. they are just like us, but their jobs involve tv and movies. but then again, everyone deserves respect.

No and that is my opinon because a celebrity is a person just like every one else. And to me celebrity's should be treated like everyone else. For example Keshia Cole or Justin Timberlake have lives just like us they are trying to handle theirs just like us so there for they are human being on earth just like us. And like I said a celebrity should be treated like everyone else because the celebrity is a person like everybody else.

well No everyone should be treated fairly I dont really belive in celebrites like I know there real but I just think of them as normal people who happen to get a job just like everyone else nothing special bout them

No, I wouldn't even consider some to even be role models, so I don't think they deserve more respect. Plus, they are just people like anybody else.

The question is, would they show us respect ?
Would they put someone else before them self ?
Or would they snub someone alittle less fortunate because they have a lot of money and are famous?
If they obviously treat others like garbage,well then I don't think they would deserve any respect.
Thats what I think makes any person deserve respect.

I totally agree with everyone in here.Celebrities sometimes act as if they do not deserve respect from us and some are really dumber than us.Why do the wrong things when you have all the money in the world?They should instead use their money and fame to influence the world to do something good instead of adding on a 'burden' to the world.But,I agree some celebrities do have our respect.Still in the end I do not think they deserve more because they are rich,well-known as we are all humans!!!
