87 ford t bird 5.0L302 WITH MANUAL TREMEC 5 just swapped it I haven't hucked up the neutral safety switch yet but I think it should start without it what could be the reason besides the neutral switch if its the switch some one tell me how to splice it...

it has a 4 wires for AOD and I do have four connectors on a neutral switch on the clutch pedal so I assume my car has or had a anti theft module that connects to a starter, also t5 has a sensor with two connectors on the the top of the tranny I don't know if that is neutral sensor or something so when I splice should I just send white/pink and white/violet to the sensor and just make a loop of 2 red/blue wires, but there is four connectors on the another set of wires in the tunnel under the car should I connect all of them to it instead conecting to a pedal or send two white and pinks to a pedal and red and blues to same color wire in that connector in the tunnel I know it complicated but is how it is
thanks in advance

Zomg, a transmission mechanic question?! LOL! Okay, I will try to help. That is the same tranny as the 302 5.0 L mustang from the older Fox Body (and a few years of the following body style). Okay... You really need to grab the schematics before you go off plugging the thing in and spending the rest of the afternoon mounting it before you are 100% certain that the wiring is correct. Yes, there is only one spot to connect a wire bundle onto a T-5 tranny. There are other models of the T-5 including the T-56 and the TKO. Pick up the model number and go to any mechanic that has a Labor guide handy. Ask for a printout of the work on the tranny for your car and that will have the wiring diagrams as well so as not to splice the wrong wires and create many many extra hours of headache. Don't confuse the Pivot pin and Backup switch for your bundle. The bundle is usually on the left side of the top of the tranny on the side facing the engine. Hope this helps. But you really will need that labor guide wiring diagram, or go and buy a Chilton or Haynes.
