Whole bones can get stuck going in (which it didn't) and they can on occasion get stuck coming out. Since your dog is ok, what you really have to watch for now is a possible bowel obstruction. Though unlikely, it is possible. If your dog starts straining to poop, or stops all together, you need to see a Vet ASAP. Bowel obstructions are extremely dangerous, and life threatening, so just be sure to monitor closely for the next few days when doing his business.

If he ate them whole, they'll probably be puked up whole...just watch him, and when he barfs, grab them, so he doesn't repeat the process...
