Car audio question

I want to get 2 12' subwoofers and 1 amp that could lift both, but dont want to spend too much around $400 only, what do you guys recomend? Breand? Watts?

I'd recommend going to Brandsmart and asking whoever works in the car audio section. They always have awesome prices.
