I can't touch my toes!!!
Any good ways to become more flexiable and be able to tough them?
Its always a warm up for gymclass, and I am one of the few who can't...

Just don't try and stretch yourself too far, you'll end up hurting your back or your neck!

I guess its just down to practice, cause I went to gymnastics for 10 years, and if it werent for that, I probably wouldn't be able to lmao..

Try yoga, it's supposed to make you more flexible...
Some people are just born more flexible than others, but you can increase your flexibility with practice.

if you stretch everyday as if you were touching your toes eventually you will...just how everyone can do a split...if you strech everyday and split as far as you can and hold it as long as you can everyday you will eventually do a split.

I can touch my toes and do the splits.
Hold yourself into the position where your muscles are screaming for twenty seconds. Then, put yourself into a more relaxed position. Hold it while you read, watch TV or do other sedentary activities. You'll notice your flexibility improving.
