Uhm apart from a general weight loss I can't think of any other way... your wrist doesn't really have a ton of fat in it

Hahaha. Go running, that'd make you loose weight in general. You could do exercises for your arms, like hammer curls. I don't know how your wrists would get fat in the first place... but... I've seen it happen.

There is NO PIN POINT WEIGHT LOSS!!! You cannot lose fat in just one area! And yes you can lose weight in the wrist if it has fat all around it like a newborn baby.
