can you go to juvie for running away if your like 13?

Yes, you WILL go to juvi for that. It's illegal. I didn't really run away but my boyfriends mum called the cops on us and they brought us to juvi. If it is your first offense they may not keep you longer than a day. MAY not. But the answer is, yea. You'll get your butt dragged to juvi and it will go on your permanent record.

Yes, you can go to juvie for running away. If you are having troubles with your family first try sitting down and talking to them. Then go to a counciler and maybe take your parents with you. Try as much as you can before you run. It will cause some pain in your parents. Even if they seem like they hate you, if you do run away they will think of the worse. Like they will think that you could be dead or some one kidnapped you, it would bring a lot of pain to the family.

I hope I have given some good advice. I am not saying run but try a counciler and really think about it.

yes I was just in prison in a 1 year term for runnig away I wouldent do that it is a harsh life in prison
