Can you convert real player videos to ipod format?

is there a way to convert videos that I have in realplayer so that I can watch them on itunes?

hm.. try going to zamzar .com

basically you upload the file you want to convert, then you select what you want it to be converted into, THEN it'll send you the new converted file to your email address where you can save it to your itunes or whatever. try it out
