My question is:

But I mean if you have never had sex
Can you still break your hymen using toys
Or fingering?

yes it can be broken that way, it can also be broken by doing sports like horse back riding aerobics, running, cycling etc.

Some girls are also born without a hymen so you wouldn't bleed in that case. Otherwise, like informer_220 said, you would most probably bleed at least a little.

Your hymen can be broken quite easily; even by things like rough sports and tampons. As for bleeding, some women spot a bit of blood (I didn't notice any blood though).
