Ok so say if gonneriea or clymydia did make a guy sterilty or how ever you spell it. Could be become unsterel once he has been cleaned and medacated?

Sterile means you're unable to produce children...so, no, after the disease went away, the condition of being sterile would remain, if that was a side effect of that particular disease.
